Here are some examples of recent projects and please excuse my not being able to update daily as I do my own
website along with keeping my clients satisfied. Last updated June 2009 I cannot list all projects but there
are many more. This gives you an idea of my work!
Custom Homes and additions
I have built homes and additions on Long Beach Island NJ, Pennsylvania, and NJ. As the economy is changing
most of my clients are looking to upgrade their property rather than build a new home. Florida rooms, kitchens, decks and
bathrooms are the most common upgrades with the most payback. Additions are 95%, Decks are a 77%, bathrooms and kitchens are
a 99% return on your investment. The upgrade of bathrooms and kitchen is about 10 years and are the most advantageous when
selling your property. With the market as it is the homes that sell the quickest are the ones kept up to date.
Custom hardwood floors
This is a custom Armstrong engineered hardwood floor. The floor is a floating floor, and the comfort on your feet is
like you are walking on a carpeted room.
Custom Kitchens and bathrooms
Cutom kitchens and bathrooms are the best upgrades you can do to increase the value of your home, and
when selling this is the biggest demand by the buyer. Return on these investments are 77-99%.

Working with this young couple on this project was a pleasure! They knew exactly what they wanted. We kept in contact
on a daily basis and we discussed in detail where we were on progress, and any changes that were needed.

Make your yard private and pleasurable with a custom fence and your porch safe with a custom railing. Many
of my customers want to get away and not leave their homes. I can create that atmosphere for you in your own yard. I myself
have raised organic gardens, and a swing my wife and I can sit at while watching the birds and animals in a semi wooded
yard. We have a small picnic area to enjoy without worrying about the outside world.
We install cutom railing made by a Great company run by two brothers. Craig and Darren of Geiegamgang Railing at 267-228-1356 run
a shop that produces the highest quality railings. Their turn around time is about a week and we install the railing immediately.

In need of a new roof? Give me a call and I'll keep the rain out. I am sorry I was out of roofing for a while because
my workers comp insurance would not cover my workers. I changed insurances and am back on top!

I can add shelving and a work bench with peg boards. You can have a place to store yard equipment, and a place to
work with your tools at hand. Peace of mind you should not be without.
Seamless gutters
Having a problem with your gutters over flowing? Most residential homes have a 5" gutter with 2"x3" down spout which
is always clogging because the water volume just cant flow through the smaller down spout. I use only 6" seamless gutters
with a 3"x4" down spout that allows a much easier flow of water.
